Toyota 4Runner 4-Runner 2002-2009 full extended transmission and transfercase cover. Manufactured from 4 mm thick structural steel plate. Shot-blasted and powder-coated using a two-layer structure with class 5 anti-corrosion powder-coating. No drilling or welding required for assembly. Bolted to the vehicle frame at the factory. At the front, it connects to the Heavy Cruiser OFFROAD engine cover to form a rigid and robust drive train cover. Weight approx. 16.4 kg.
Making the gearbox cover and reducer cover as a single component has made the structure very rigid and stronger.
