Cover plates made from 4 mm thick structural steel plate. Shot-blasted and powder-coated with a two-layer structure and anti-corrosive primer, class 5. Bolted to the vehicle frame. No drilling or welding required. Additional holes and cut-outs prevent overheating of drive components and facilitate mud removal. Winch plate made from 6 mm thick structural steel. The whole creates a rigid and relatively lightweight protection for the underside of the vehicle. Weight of kit approx. 66.8 kg.
