Front differential reinforcements set of 2 Dana 44 Jeep Wrangler JK Rubicon 2007-2018

Jeep Wrangler JK Rubicon 2007-2018 DANA 44 front differential and knuckle reinforcements welded from the top, on the differential scabbards connect to the solid differential head housing, and externally support against the spring bases. This creates a rigid and compact structure. The outer pieces, when welded to the knuckles, protect the knuckles from bending. Additionally, the HD trackbar mount welded and tightened to the original mount and differential scabbard is included. It raises the factory panhard mounting point upward. Also included is an HD version of the steering damper socket, which allows it to be mounted above the trackbar. In addition, the item has the stabilizer link mount shifted upward by 50mm (the left side to be welded on is also included). Made of 5mm and 6mm thick structural steel plate. Supplied raw, unpainted, to be welded. Weight approx. 9.4 kg.

Recommended installation in a specialized workshop.

Cars with a 2.8 crd engine without a suspension lift or with less than 3 inches require the removal of part of the welded reinforcement, under the engine oil pan to avoid its collision with the reinforcement at full suspension lift.
