Full and highly elaborate radiator, engine and front differential skid plate for the Toyota Hilux Vigo 2005-2015. Manufactured from 4 mm thick structural steel sheet. Shot-blasted and powder-coated using double layer technology with texture. With class 5 anti-corrosion primer. Bolted into the factory holes in the vehicle frame. Installation requires no drilling or welding. Additional holes prevent overheating of drive components and facilitate mud removal. Numerous bends on the sides of the cowl significantly improve its rigidity and strength. Weight approx. 16.3 kg.
